Vanitas is the thesis video of motion graphics artist and ceramicist CHARLOTTE CORNATON freshly graduated from ESAG Penninghen in Paris.

Vanitas means in Latin empty, vain. It's a tryptic about contemporary vanity; vanity of the body, of the knowledge and the moral. Vanitas is a project usings ceramics, video and graphic design. A ceramic decomposed skull is a starting point for a visual study of vanity, with the results assembled in a book and an exhibition.You will find the whole description of her project on her website but it's only in French!
