Nendo

NENDO is a japanese product designer, architect and graphic designer applying his approach to a broad variety of products and designs, be it furniture, packaging design, installations, architecture, interior designs and chocolate pencils. He opened his first office in Tokyo in 2002 and since he won numerous design awards, he exhibited all over the world and also realized many collaborations with international clients s.a. Cappellini, Moroso, Sony and Swedese.

Gestalten.tv met him in Milan during the Salone del Mobile 2009 where he was contributing to the Senseware Tokyo Fibre exhibition with his project SMASH ( a series of lamps made of a thermoplastic, non-woven polyester fibre using a process similar to glass-blowing)
