PROTOCLIP is an international Video Music Festival. The Festival offers to bring together the best of independent and professional contemporary video music.

The festival PROTOCLIP is above all based on the encounter between the public, the video music' professionals and the new talents. It proposes screenings and meetings, as well as music concerts; thus trying to explore every aspect of a genre that is in complete mutation. The independent candidates meet the professionals; the public meets the artists and the festival-goers are also incited to participate. This is also the international forum of the independent music video.
