Seattle-based Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen architects (OSKA), have been awarded 2009 firm of the year. The firm has been recognized for their residential work which brings together industrial materials within the warmth and organic state of nature. OSKA started in 1971 with partner Jim Olson who was joined by rick sundberg in 1975. In 2000, Tom Kundig and Scott Allen joined the team, forming OSKA.
